If at anytime you wish to inquire about your order.  You may contact me by email, phone, fax or regular mail.  Please read my "Contact Information" for more details.

Order Processing

ON-LINE CATALOG - Unique Gift Baskets will fill all orders from on-line catalog as soon as the payment has been entered into my Pay Pal account.  Read my Shipping Information for more details.

MAIL ORDER - All Mail Orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of order form and money order.

Payment

I accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards through Pay Pal's secured and encrypted payment system for order through my on-line catalog.  I also use Pay Pal to make "Request for Payment" for additional shipping charges and "Special Orders".

I only accept "Money Orders" for Mail Orders.

State Sales Tax

A 6.00% state sales tax will be applied to Florida state residents.  If order is being shipped to a different address outside of Florida, but ordering customer resides in the state of Florida, the state sales tax is still applicable and will be added to the total charge.

Each of my products differs in weight and a simple shipping cost cannot be used to calculate the total shipping charge.  Being the case I have chosen to include the total cost for each product for each item.  What you will see if you purchase any of my products is the total cost of each item with all of the charges above less the state sales tax in your shopping cart or basket.  There is a breakdown of each of the above charges given for each of my products should you want to know what the appropriate charge is on their perspective pages.

Due to items being shipped Only through Priority Mail, which is the most expeditious way to get your products out.  Additional shipping charge is the same as it is for one item.

Product Availability

Due to the unique creation of many of my products, all products are limited in supplies. To assure that a product that you are interest in is available, you can send me an message to inquire if an item is still available. I will try to make sure that the products that are listed in my catalogs are available. But, due to site maintenance cost, this may not always be the case.

Unique Gift Baskets reserves the right to exchange gift basket contents of equal value with another similar item. There is a possibility that the designs may change slightly due to this exchange.  This is due to product availability.  Unique Gift Baskets assures that the exchange will always be of equal or higher value than the original item and will be of same quality and content as the original item.  If and when an exchange is necessary it will not take away from the look of the gift basket purchased and often times the exchange will not be noticeable.

Allergic Reactions to Product

Please make sure to read labels for ingredients prior to consumption or product use. Some consumers may have an allergic reaction to peanuts, chocolate etc. . which are included in the gift baskets. Unique Gift Baskets will not be responsible or held liable for any allergic reactions or symptoms thereof that are caused by consumption or use of products included in the gift baskets as ingredients are listed on labels. It is the responsibility of the recipient or consumer to read food ingredients and labels prior to use or consumption of any of my products and gift basket contents to ensure that any of my products do not contain any ingredient that might cause any known allergic reaction which may entail the need for treatment with medication or physician care.

Returns

Due to the fact that most of my gift baskets are either baby items,
bath and beauty items or contain food items, I cannot accept returns and do not have a "Return" policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment process when order was placed from my on-line catalog.  Due to the contents and creation of each gift basket and the time involved in the process notification of "Cancellation" must be emailed to me within 24 hours of your order.  No exceptions.  Once the container design process has been started and notification was not sent as indicated, the order will be processed, created and shipped for delivery as scheduled.
